Every moon is painstakingly created using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology and NASA satellite images accurately reproducing every detail of the surface and craters of the moon. The printing process takes well over 24 hours to complete and careful attention is taken to make sure your message, image, or both will be printed into the surface of the moon forever.

When supplying a photo it needs to be a decent file size (about 1Meg) in JPG or PNG. Smaller image sizes will come out very unclear on the surface of the moon. If you need any help, I'll work with you until you are 100% happy.
Extra Tips:
1. I recommend 15CM or above if you want to print a photo on the moon lamp.
2. If you want to print a photo of more than 3 people, I recommend 18CM or above.
3. I can include a photo and text printed on any lamp 10CM and above, photo on the front, text on the back.
I make a customized design just for you to be incorporated into the 3D moon, so I cannot support the cancellation of orders once the moon is created.

How to Order
1. Add your selected item to your cart.
2. Please provide all the details about what you would like to have on the surface of the moon in the Personalization Box near the Add To Cart button.
3. Before submitting the order, double-check all your details for the design on the moon and also ensure your shipping address is correct. It is MOST IMPORTANT you double-check the names, dates, and other information you submit. I do not accept returns, as it is a custom one of a kind product; unless of course the error was made by me, in that case, I would send a replacement as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Typically, it takes about 7-14 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. The delivery time frame of other countries is about 10-15 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you with a perfect gift.
